Preamble – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable legal provisions, customers have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason, except where legal exceptions apply.


Return Conditions – Skincare Products

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, skincare products can only be returned if they meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unopened
  • The product must be unused
  • The product must be in its original packaging and condition

For health protection and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened or used.


Defective or Damaged Products

This restriction does not apply if the product is:

  • defective
  • damaged upon delivery
  • or not as described

In such cases, customers are entitled to a replacement or refund.


Legal Guarantee of Conformity

All products sold by Dermique are covered by the applicable legal guarantees under consumer protection laws.

If a product is found to be non-compliant within the legal timeframe, the customer may request:

  • repair
  • replacement
  • or, if not possible, a refund
