Refund policy

Preamble – Right of Cancellation In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the customer has the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods, without providing any reason, unless an exception applies as outlined below.

Exception – Hygiene & Skincare Products Under Regulation 28(3)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right of cancellation does not apply to: "sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery."

Accordingly: Dermique micro-infusion skincare products are neither eligible for return nor refund if they have been:

  • opened,
  • unsealed,
  • or used after delivery.

This rule applies even within the 14-day cancellation period, for strict hygiene and health protection reasons.

Defective or Damaged Products This exclusion does not apply in the event that the product is:

  • defective,
  • not as described,
  • or damaged upon receipt.

Consumer Rights Guarantee All Dermique products are covered under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If a product is found to be faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, the customer is entitled to:

  • a repair,
  • a replacement,
  • or, where neither is possible, a full refund.

Please include:

  • your order number or proof of purchase,
  • a description of the issue encountered,
  • if possible, photos or videos showing the defect.
